The staff are welcoming and engaging, the rooms were spotless and spacious with a comfortable bed. The restaurant buffet was fantastic and great value. It has a beautiful swimming pool and is indeed surrounded by nature with bush at your back door . It is in an excellent location. We could not fault this property. It really is a 10 out of 10 and we strongly recommend.

The family that has the place is very kind, they show us their beautiful garden. Welcome drinks and breakfast were so nice! Wish them a good luck with their business! Don’t miss this place!

Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a year-round outdoor pool. A lovely and welcoming place. Clean and inviting. The host was very nice and pleasant. I and my husband was treated very well. We got a deliscious rice and curri served in a very elegant way. The safari-jeep and the driver arranged by the host was excellent. This is a very price-worthy place!!

Accessible via private entrance, all units have air conditioning, soundproofing, desk and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a seating and a dining area in all units. At the homestay, each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. The room was really nice and clean. The breakfast was great! Everything went well and easy with the hotel. We booked a room for 3 people and then we also booked the safari through the hotel and it was super smooth. We also got the breakfast after the safari very thankful for that. The location is a bit away from everything but for us that was not a problem.

Perfect located in Udawalawe, close to restaurants and not far from the Elephant Transit Home. Janith was an excellent host, making the little extra for us. He even drove us to the Elephant Transit Home in his jeep when we asked him if it was easy to get there by TukTuk. For breakfast make sure to ask him for his mother’s delicious toast!

Gives you enough privacy and makes you feel like a royalty .The owner was extremely helpful and polite . Even though we arrived later than the time decided , we were still greeted with a hot cup of tea and snacks . The place has all the fixtures of a western 5 star resort . The outdoor toilet was by itself a charming experience of the nature . I would highly recommend this place if you want to have a great stay, feel royal , want to experience first hand hospitality of Srilankans and excellent warm breakfast.

The room was clean and well furnished, the hosts very kind and the (homemade) traditional sri lankan dinner delicious. We hope to visit this place next year as well. Thanks lot!
