The place is managed by a berber family, who made our stay perfect: nice welcoming, amazing dinner and breakfast, and finally nice guided tour of the near ziz valley until the old kasbah. From the beautifully decorated rooms and the peaceful garden setting to the delicious food and genuine hospitality — everything is done with care and heart. Couldn’t have been happier with my stay. The location is also incredible, located in the heart of a breathtaking canyon.

We also had one of the best tagines of our entire trip here! Breakfast was delicious as well. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and peaceful escape.

The hosts (Omar and Hassan) were absolutely lovely, so caring and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and spotless. We had both breakfast and dinner, and everything was delicious, clearly prepared and served with love. The hotel is perfectly located right by the dunes , just a short walk through palm trees and you’re there. We’re so pleased our trip to faraway Merzouga was perfect, and staying here truly made the whole experience feel wholesome and complete. Hopefully we can come back one day!
