The playa mangos bar and restaurant was wonderful and just a short walk away. We ate breakfast at La Sirenita up top on their covered deck and was delicious. Loved our casita, super comfortable and we slept better than ever. Can't wait to go back. I even had to take an online/interactive 3 hour class for continuing education, and the wifi was excellent the entire time. Sat on my deck overlooking Lake Nicaragua and had a fabulous Zoom class.

Tapihouse San Juan Del Sur is an accommodation situated in San Juan del Sur, 300 metres from San Juan del Sur Beach and 3.8 km from Christ of the Mercy Nicaragua. Featuring a terrace, the 3-star guest house has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. The guest house also features free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. I have no bad thing to say about this hostel. Yes it could look like a normal private room hostel, but the way we felt staying at Rafa’s hostel was so amazing, that we came back two more times. Everything was great, even if there was a minor inconvenience, Rafa helped us in seconds. So this was obviously our favorite hostel ever. Also the rooms are nice, AC is great, the breakfast is really yummy (nica breakfast), and overall the vibe is very chill and calm. Thank you Rafa!

They have the biggest hearts and they also keep the facility very clean and comfortable feeling. We will miss this place for sure

Teresa the owner is lovely and she treated us like family. The triple room was huge and clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook or alternatively, Teresa will cook homemade delicious meals. The location is great, we recommend sunset at Mangos beach .You can reach Papaki by public transport but it takes long time, we recommend to rent a scooter or quad bike. The website of papaki is well done and you can find all the information about transport, food and activities to do in the island.

Nice local area with small shops and restaurants in walking distance. Lots of nature and San Ramón waterfal and Maderas volcano both close by. Good WiFi & friendly staff.
