The house located in quite area away from.the main street and the noise. Yet it's like 20 min. Walk to the main street of Saurah where many shops,restaurants. There is nearby river like 5 min walk. Almost 30 min. Walk to Saurah bus stop..or you can take a tuktuk for 200 Rupees. It is almost 30min walk to elephant breeding center Just FYI. ..If you love and care about animals, i don't recommend getting a ticket and get into the breeding center itself cuz it's truly a heart breaking seeing the poor mother elephants with their babies in chain just for the sake of the tourists to take photos and have fun.. I felt regret that i made it to the breeding center and had to watch that crime ....i didn't know that was the case Apart from that...the surrounding forest of the breading center is really worth visiting and enjoying the sunset their by the river ... Vikki can book for u Safari tours and also the bus. He arranged private tuktuk ride to 20 thousand lake for 1500 Rupees. And also booked for me the bus to Kathmandu for 900 rupees.
