What a beautiful little hotel! I booked one of the classic rooms and it far exceeded my expectations. The decor is gorgeous, really tastefully done and for us the room had everything we could need. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was fabulous! We arrived in the early evening and enjoyed a drink in the courtyard garden which is very cute and perfect for a sundowner. The staff were all very professional and friendly and always on hand to answer any questions we had. Despite being a little out of town the location is ideal. The old tram (number 28) stops right outside the door which is perfect. We explored the immediate area for food/ drinks and there were plenty of nice places to choose from. We really enjoyed the breakfast- loved that you can order as many little plates as you like from the menu. Much preferable to a buffet style breakfast as the food was so fresh. The coffee did not disappoint either- first class! Also recommend the scrambled eggs! They were sooooo good! All in all, in couldn’t fault this experience. We would love to return.

Beautiful building, with gorgeous decoration, every floor with a different design, inspired in Portuguese writers and poets. Very good breakfast, with typical pastries and piano music. Very kind staff too. Location was great, just next to the metro, tram N•28 and shops.

Bica FLH Suites is located in the historical centre of Lisbon, within the famed Bica neighbourhood. The building which was an art gallery since the fifties, was refurbished in the beginning of 2017.

The comfortable rooms feature a rainfall shower, free toiletries, hair dryer, air conditioning, desk and a flat-screen TV. Free WiFi is available and the cosy terrace outside is ideal for warm evenings. Some of the rooms offer a view overlooking the garden. The staff were the highlight of Bica FLH. In addition to their warm welcome and general helpfulness and charm, they gave outstanding recommendations for dinner spots and even made reservations. They allowed us to leave extra baggage in their storage area while we were on our bike ride. The breakfast was nice and additionally, teas, coffee, and snacks are available 24hrs a day. The rooms were comfortable. Some rooms are louder than others due to street noise (mostly late night people) but earplugs are provided.

Anjo Azul is a renovated 18th century property, featuring a modern décor and a charming façade covered with Portuguese tiles. Located in a tranquil street at the heart of historic Lisbon, it is just 300 metres from Camões Square, in Chiado. Rossio is a 5-minute walk, while the lively bars of Bairro Alto are at a short walking distance. Anjo Azul is amazing! So many good things - the staff is very nice and accomodating, the rooms are cleaned every single day, the location is perfect, just 6-7 minutes from the city centre. When I come back to Lisbon again, and I deffinitely will, partialy because of the great time I had at Anjo Azul, I will stay with them again. Perfect!

Best thing about this property was that the rooms had the perfect vibrant view and city energy, but once you close the windows, there was absolute silence in the rooms! Loved it, plus rooftops breakfast is so cute!! ❤️

The initial welcome from Claudia and the other staff was excellent. The cleanliness, beautiful big bedroom and everything we needed. We were leaving early and they left a tray with some breakfast snacks for us much appreciated.
