The room was clean, nicely designed, bed was very comfortable, it is situated nice calm area in Ljubljana, there was modern TV and tea/coffee equipment, shower was very nice, theres also parking included. The host /owner is very kind and communicates trough WhatsApp, he also helped us finding car repairment service which was a huge help. We really reccommend this place :)

The host was exceptionally welcoming, greeted us before the check-in time, let us leave our car after the check-out, very warm and helpful person. The apartment was very clean, very tidy, very comfortable, not too spacious but there was enough space for two to move and function without issues. In front of the building there is a small store with necessities, Lidl is also nearby, Tivoli park just around the corner.

Only 300 metres from Ljubljana's main square and the France Prešeren Statue, the Kollmann Apartments offers air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi and free laundry service. Conveniently set by the river, all units are fitted with satellite TV, fridge and electric kettle. Very good location and the river view is the best from our room. You can see very beautiful view from every window even toilet's room too (very beautiful castle view :)) Very wide and comfort apartment. When we visit Ljubljana again, we certainly want to stay here.

It was a beautiful setting with lots of hiking around it. The room was very rustic as expected. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed lunch and dinner in the restaurant. The views from the tower were amazing.

The area is popular for skiing and cycling, and bike hire is available at the homestay. The homestay has a picnic area where you can spend a day out in the open. Our stay definitely exceeded our expectations. The location is the perfect starting point for any Slovenian adventure you might want to embark upon - not just the city of Ljubljana, but a plethora of other interesing and beautiful places are usually just up to an hour-long drive. The city centre is quite far, but accessible via car or even by a long walk. The room is small but cozy and has everything you need. Last but not least, Zlatko, the owner, is literally the dream host - easy-going and friendly, whilst still respecting your privacy. Also he makes great breakfast (which I would higly recommed) as well as the best Neapolitan pizza :).

The room was so comfortable, and the position was great. Only 300 m from the bus station that I used every day. It was so quit zone. Suzana was so polite. She waited for me even if I was late. I really appreciate this. Highly recommended.
