All the attractions are within walking distance except the castle ( obviously). There are multiple restaurants nearby. Grocery stores are also very close by. Rooms are big enough for two people. It’s neat and clean. Every amenity was provided in the room including an electric kettle. The staff is very responsive. Overall it was a very good experience.

When staying at the guest house, guests can use private entrance. A unique experience with clean and cozy accommodation only 15 minutes drive from the center of Ljubljana. Host were kind and very helpful. The view from the tower is wonderful and the restaurant offers large portions of extremely tasty food. You can enjoy great walks through the surrounding forest while admiring the area's rich wildlife (deer, roe deer, etc.). Seeing a white deer emerge from the forest in the evening was quite unbelievable.

The area is popular for skiing and cycling, and bike hire is available at the homestay. The homestay has a picnic area where you can spend a day out in the open. Great place, nice parking and host was great. He made coffe in the morning for us!

This place should be treated as a hidden gem (as destination) by anyone passing through this part of Slovenia. From the idea, design, execution, originality, attention to detail, and professionalism, everything is top-notch. Whatever you see in the pictures, it looks even better in person. I love the idea of how they connected unique accommodation with the cross-promotion of local honey production. And so many more. Looking forward to visiting them again very soon...
