The property is 800 metres from Chiang Rai Saturday Night Walking Street. Chiang Rai Airport is 8 km away. The property was in a great location and the guy at the front desk was great! He was super friendly and gave us great recommendations. Haven’t stayed at another hotel that was this helpful. We loved our stay here

It can be hard to find at first, but it's a beautiful property and the breakfast was made fresh. I loved sitting out on my porch for a smoke break and listening to the rain. There was bug spray and fridge on porch to use. They sent my clothes off to be washed and folded when i asked if they had a wash machine, for a reasonable fee.

For the price this place can't be beat. Delicious restaurant from owner's sister and lovely and relaxing view over into Laos. Was picked up in town from my bus from Chiang Rai and dropped off at the border the next morning. Small but clean rooms with everything I needed. Was nice to take a bike out for a nice ride along the water. Highly recommend.

The best part about staying here is the host. Alex is a very interesting guy with whom you could talk about anything in the world with. He also has his beautiful family living at the guesthouse who went out their way to make me feel welcome. The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard and Alex took care of my motorbike rental and laundry. On my last day as my flight wasn’t until the evening Alex let me keep the room to chill out in past check out time as it was so hot outside this time of year, I was also treated to dinner with the family and a couple of beers before I headed to the airport. This without a doubt has been my best experience of accommodation in Thailand, and I’ve been coming for years.

The room (including the bed)was confortable and big and very clean good wi fi it was very nice the service was very kind too and things to cook and a nice balcony the only thing to make it even better would be a small biscuit to take with coffee but it was already nice to have free coffee and water.

We had a lovely night there—wish we could have stayed longer! Warin was incredibly kind and helped us arrange the slow boat to Luang Prabang, which made us feel so warm and welcomed.
