The location was great.room was very clean and had a nice balcony. The air conditioning worked very well and there was always hot water in the shower. The room had a comfortable bed and always had a good supply of drinking water. The location was very close to the beach and to many good restaurants.

This is a great guesthouse, I stayed here for 1 month and cannot fault the place. Nice big clean rooms with daily maid service, the rooms are cleaned spotless everyday. There is a nice bar downstairs that is always filled with regulars, and you're always made to feel welcome. It's perfect for a few drinks during the day relaxing or before heading out for the night, you can easily spend the night here drinking and playing pool with everyone. The staff are excellent, you're always met with a big smile and they take good care of you, whether you're in the bar or if it's anything you need regarding your stay. The guesthouse is right in the heart Pattaya, and everything is on your doorstep, it's 5 to 10 minutes walk to everything you could need, perfect location. I really enjoyed my stay here and will be back later this year, Thanks Mina & Aemi
