Great location and the room was clean and in a excellent condition. Front desk was very hospitable. Rashid, the owner of the hotel was very friendly and kind throughout my stay. Helpful to help me get a airport transfer at the end of my trip. I will stay here again when I'm at Istanbul :)

Mustafa and his daughter Cansu are amazing hosts and provide a warm and welcoming environment for guests (and their bicycles!). After a long cycling trip we felt right at home during our 5 night stay and very much enjoyed their company and that of our fellow travellers. Mustafa also helped us plan the next leg of our trip (he has travelled extensively in Turkey) and assisted us with bike logistics which can be difficult at the end of a cycling trip in a foreign country! The breakfasts are delicious, filling and well worth the 5€. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable but the genuine Turkish hospitality is definitely the winner! Looking forward to our second stay in September!

Murat was very hospitable, walked with us through few streets, helped buy a public transport card, and provided with several spot on recommendations. The place was clean and stylish, with everything we needed. The neighborhood has a very unique feel, different than most other areas of Istanbul, we enjoyed exploring it a lot, and will stay here again when we are back.

Location is super easy and the ferry is super cheap. Great beaches and beautiful places to visit if you have a ride.

Popular tourist spot are within walking distance and the roads are mostly flat. 2. Cleanliness. The establishment itself is a small family-run guesthouse. But the room and the toilet is surprisingly sparkling clean, even big-name hotel cannot achieve that level of cleanliness. 3. Attentive host. Since it is not easy to speak English in Turkiye even in Istanbul, having host who can converse in good English is very helpful. 4. Comfortable, clean & new car was offered for the Airport transfer (additional cost). We arrived late at night due to flight delay, but the host is very committed to pick us up at airport. 5. Heater is working well, even during mid winter, both in the room & water heater. 6. Peaceful neighborhood, we have good rest at night during our stay.
