That became the favorite part of my day for the 4 days we stayed in her B&B. The room [on the 3rd floor] was more spacious than I expected with plenty of room to spread out to work, sleep, and relax. Parking was easy [and appreciated] and the proximity to the T [3 min walk?] made accessing any other part of Boston a breeze. This is my new first choice when visiting Boston. Highly recommend!

I walked there easily from the train station, and later took the Green Line, which has a station just around the corner. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a TV and a landline phone, although I didn’t use either. I also enjoyed the atmosphere at the reception, where they played nice music during breakfast. A huge Whole Foods market is also just down the street.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 4.4 km from Back Bay Station. The guest house has family rooms. Absolutely lovely owners! Prompt response, clear directions, and very comfortable room. The entire facility felt very professionally designed. Kitchen was accessible and easy to use. Bathrooms were clean and had HOT water available, and each room had very professional keypads on each door so there was never concern about entering into a wrong room. Room was also very conveniently located to a bus stop that brings you into the city. God bless these owners and wishing many blessings their way.
