This homestay provides air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace. The accommodation features a lift, a shared kitchen and currency exchange for guests. Staying an extra day here as the train was delayed. Very nice, calm, quiet and everyone is very helpful. After a couple of weeks on the beachfront, it was nice to stay somewhere more relaxed Big room, with mini fridge and a huge TV.

The location of LaDa's house is great for exploring the area near the river. There is a cosmopolitan mix of dining options nearby. Our bed was comfortable and the airconditioner was nice and quiet. I would heartily recommend the pool which is flanked with tropical plants. On one occasion our hostess made us a cup of jasmine tea while we were using the pool area. That pretty much sums up LaDa's house - very thoughtful hosts. The pool area also had a chess board and relaxing music. The rooms had extra touches such as tea/coffee facilities and fresh drinking water on demand. We had everything we needed. Breakfast was something ordered in advance from a list of options and served at a time you nominate. I thought the Vietnamese options were particularly nice as was the coffee.

A car rental service is available at the homestay. Beautiful balcony with a nice view of the city, clean and comfortable room, steps away from the night market and cau rong (dragon bridge) very kind and accommodating hosts, made for a lovely stay in da nang!

Thien and his family were beyond delightful and generous, we are so grateful for the kind hospitality they offered us during Tet! The room was spacious and comfortable and we loved the huge window looking out over the city. The home stay is well situated with plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby, including an incredible vegetarian restaurant right across the street. Would definitely stay again next time we visit Da Nang. Thank you Thien!

Location, interior, staff - everything was awesome! Photos attached to the profile are real. You can drop a luggage earlier if you need before check in, the same after check out.
