It’s the best hotel I stayed in Da Nang: clean, cosy, quiet, very new and everything working, great shower and very comfortable bed. It’s a very small property do book in avance. I extended my stay 3 times. The family running it is very sweet and accommodating, they kindly let a late check out, They speak good English!

The entire property is incredibly clean, tasteful and charming - filled with both plants and fish tanks, who the friendly, hospitable owners (Khanh and family) clearly have a passion for taking care of. Great location for arriving from the airport and visiting Dragon Bridge, the night market and surrounding areas, which contain a good mix of both tourist and local sights. The rooftop balcony is super relaxing and I can't understate how amazing the value of this place is. It's a shame I only stayed for 1 night and I would love to return!

Wi-Fi and hot water work well. It’s close to shops, cafes and restaurants. And has big market and supermarket about 10 minutes walk. I stayed for a month and would def recommend to anyone. Great value and the family are just lovely.

The room was very good, everything you need is there. The family is very friendly and you can even rent a motorbike / scooter directly from them at a really good rate. It was a very nice stay (3 nights) in a local area of Da Nang. It is easy accessible by public transportation (bus 11 from the railway station) and is a quiet neighborhood, but only 2-3 minutes and you are in a center of local action.
