It’s clean, quiet, and conveniently located within walking distance to attractions and restaurants. I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy to cook meals like rice or other dishes. However, one thing I didn’t like is that they don’t have a water dispenser. It would be nice to have one available for guests. Overall, it’s a comfortable and affordable place to stay!

We had a great stay here. Great facilities. Had free water dispenser downstairs and free washing and a dryer on the top floor. Room was clean and comfy. Definitely stay here if you get the chance. Good value.

The location was excellent, central to everything, very spacious and clean. The check-in especially was great and it was very convenient all along our stay to get in and out of the building.

Rooms are equipped with a balcony. This year is extremely hot in Ho Chi Minh. I have traveled here before but this year... its hot! I was amazed how well the AC cooled down the room. The windows are facing the sun but still, it was cool. Location is superb. You can reach all the main areas by walking. Perhaps 20-30 min walk from all main places in the centrum. Both of the administrators were very helpful and friendly. The juice / smoothie bar is a nice extra. After coming from training or from a walk, its nice to take a refreshing cold drink before relaxing. 10 points from me

They are amazing front desk, dining, servers, hotel, cleanliness and rooms are exceptional. We are always happy with our day.

Mao Home is very close to the airport and the city center, about 15 minutes by bus or taxi, yet there are many places nearby that give you a local feel.　Restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores and laundry shops are all within walking distance. The hosts, Mr.Tom and Mr.Toan, and their dog, will warmly welcome you. 　Mr.Tom speaks English well and Mr.Toan speaks Japanese well.　Mr. Toan lives in the hotel as a housekeeper and is always happy to help you.　 You can create fond memories by having coffee with the locals at Mr. Toan's cafe in the square near the hotel in the morning.　The homemade yogurt is also delicious, so be sure to buy some and try it !

It is located 2.1 km from Diamond Plaza and provides luggage storage space. The guest house has family rooms. Really quick and easy communication with the host. Problems were resolved super quickly. AC, TV, hot water, fridge, everything worked perfectly. Lots of food options and mini marts close by. The vibe felt really authentic and exciting.
