Amazing staff, great homemade tasty food, rich breakfast as well. We stayed there for 2 nights in deluxe rooms, facilities are excellent both indoor and outdoor. I strongly recommend this homestay.

The area is popular for cycling, and bike hire and car hire are available at Mai chau Horizon Homestay. My absolute favorite homestay from my entire month in Vietnam. Such a lovely family, always eager to help with everything they had. They even prepared breakfast for me at 1 AM before my Mai Chau race. When no other buses were available, they found one for me. They were always there whenever I needed anything. The rooms look just like in the pictures, not all private rooms have a mountain view so double check on that. On top of that, if something wasn’t working, they’d fix it within minutes. Good A/C, great facilities, and an excellent location close to everything in Mai Chau.

Vinh is a strong and wonderful woman who runs the Hakuna Matata Homestay in Mai Chau. Before I came, she organized the transportation and arranged a two days tour for me. Everything was so well organized that I didn't have to worry about anything. The room is very spacious and clean. As a city person in Asia, I need not worry about the air-conditioning, WiFi, everything worked very well. Upon arrival, Vinh showed me the beautiful area nearby. With the bikes they provided, cycling around the rice fields were really awesome. The meals cooked by Huang were terrific and tasty. They were so family-meals and made me recall the meals cooked by my family when I was a kid. The tours arranged by Vinh to the Mai Chau waterfalls and Pu Luong were great. The trips were by motorbike and the experience were great. All in all, Vinh runs the homestay so well with her family and staff. Great hospitality, spontaneous, hazzle free, family-like relationship with the guests. They set a good standard for Homestay 😄🥰

The view from our room was peaceful and beautiful. The area was not touristic such as in other towns, however shops were easily reached with the bicycles or even by foot. The food was the best, we had all our meals in the homestay, everything we tried was delicious. Would highly recommend, and would definitely stay there again!

The area is popular for cycling, and free use of bicycles is available at the homestay. We had a fantastic stay in Mai Chau, and this place was a huge reason for it! The family is amazing, always seems to be smiling, and helped us figure out onward travel to Moc Chau. The room was extremely clean, had a comfortable bed, and a wonderful view. Water pressure, wifi, and a/c were all good, too. The bicycles are free to use, which was perfect, because cycling around the villages and through the rice fields has been a highlight of our Vietnam trip. Also, the breakfast was tasty!
