Lunch, dinner and transportation were still provided by their homestay. They provided great support and were very welcoming. Package is inclusive of lots of trekking. I recommend elderly or people who are not that fit to inform tour guide beforehand and not do the trekking as some are really challenging and not suitable for elderly. Fret not, the tour guide would be able to make alternative arrangement for you to wait for the rest of the group if you do not trek.
