She even made us a cute little keepsake for when we checked out. The owner was helpful and attentive to our needs. The bike rental was cheap and efficient. We stayed here 3 nights and if we didn't have other things booked could have stayed here longer. The location was perfect, right off the main road in tam coc close to every restaurant and bar. The room was roomy and the beds comfortable, they came with mosquito nets which was a great touch. I would recommend this homestay to anyone staying in Ninh Binh / Tam Coc

25 km from Bai Dinh Temple, Annamoi Homestay Tam Coc is a recently renovated property located in Ninh Binh and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. With garden views, this accommodation features a balcony. The homestay features a pool with a view with a pool bar, as well as a public bath and full-day security. When I arrived, I received a warm welcome, tea, and bananas. Pinky and her family were all so hospitable. A good variety of breakfast options. Comfy bed, firm but not too hard. Nice to have the pool to cool off. When I left, Pinky gave me some delicious mango and a bottle of water. Pinky went above and beyond. The bus company gave me the wrong bag. It is entirely thanks to her persistence over a number of days that I had my things returned to me. I also witnessed them help this French child. I think she had an issue with her bike. They brought her and the bike back, brought tea to the mother and child's room. Everyone should be so lucky to stay with Pinky and her family! This is the best homestay I have ever stayed at throughout my travels.

The room was stunning, the hotel is new and has a very beautiful and modern design that we haven’t seen in Vietnam before. What we enjoyed most was the overall atmosphere of the hotel and the incredible personnel. Specifically Nam, who was looking after us during the whole stay. She was incredibly kind and helpful. You can tell that Nam really cares about her visitors and she made us feel very welcome in Ninh Binh. All of the other personnel was also lovely. Nam also showed us another hotel that is being build which we plan to stay at next year!

Location is great, just outside village so you have peace and quiet once you get to your apartment, and not far away so you cam walk to it. Everything in apartment was new, some things still wrapped in protective plastic, some things never used when I stayed (december 2024) New beds, new sheets, very clean, matress very comfortable, had good night sleep. Breakfest eggs, fresh bread, fruits coffee or tea, host amazing always checks if everything is okay. Host gave us access to renting a motorcycle, took care off laundry, gave free tips and generally had just positive attitude towards us and every interaction was with smile on her face. Last day I forgot charger and left for Hanoi, she found courier to deliver it to my reception in Hanoi for 4€. Rating 20/10

The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Everything was perfect!! They greeted us at the gate once we arrived and were very accommodating to anything we wanted. It’s a family run facility so you get to see the owners kids running around and playing. It was quiet and super close to town but far enough away that we didn’t hear the noise. They made us coffee in the morning and gave us a parting gift. Their hospitality was above and beyond. Helping to setup adventures and even helping when we got stuck in Sapa with no bud they helped to get us one. Communication was awesome throughout the entire time.
