Cleanest bathroom I have seen for almost outdoors showers. The staff was really nice and the breakfast system is honestly great, in a little restaurant just two minutes away from the hostel. Felt like a spiritual retreat.

It says it's a 1-star Hotel (on Google) but don't let that fool you, it's nicer than a lot of 3 star hotels or homestays. Here a list of just a few things that you can expect if you stay at this place: - The homestay/hotel: a beautiful colonial style building well maintained with so much to offer, from some amazing home cooked food to cooking classes. Or just enjoy a relaxing day at the pool and do some BBQ. Everything super clean, and well maintained. They have a great variety of services that they offer, some good home-cooked food, laundry, or private taxi to airport or other attraction. And you will have access to a free bicycle on your stay here. You can even rent a motorbike from them for a good price. There's no elevator but the stairs are really wide and easy to go up, not as narrow/small like in other Vietnamese homes. The room I stated had a ton of natural light, but also with thick curtains if you want it to be dark. And there's a power outlet just by the bed. My room came with a mini fridge, big plus, AC and fan and a desk to do some work. And a really nice big balcony overlooking the quiet street and the pool. And omg, the bed is so comfortable. The water pressure is really good and amazing WiFi / Internet (over 300 Mbps) all around the property. And It has video surveillance just to be on the safe side. Though it's not really needed because you're in a really safe area with a lot of friendly local people. - The hosts/owners: Super friendly couple who will do everything in that power to make your stay amazing. From recommendation what to see or where and what to eat. Easy to communicate with them via booking chat or Whatsapp. In person it's a bit more complicated, but with translation apps it's always fun to have a chat with them. - Amazing location, in a quiet area but close to a lot of amenities. Great cafes, bars and restaurant just around the corner.

The property features mountain and quiet street views. The guest house has family rooms. After a week here, i decided to extend my stay and regret not having more days left. This has been the best place i ve stayed im my whole trip. The location is great, at the end of the town with a small sand beach in the door. The house is brand new, and the views from the rooms are amazing. Rooms are modern and comfortable. The staff and the owner deserve 20points on their service, they have done all to make me feel at home.

He is super supportive and helpful. We arrived in the property around 3 o'clock in the morning and he was still there for us to settle us in. When we arrived in the house, we all were very hungry and everything was closed. But he took me out with his bike and found a cart and managed some food for us ! I don’t know how to thank him. But above all .... it's Mrs. Thu ... Hue's mother. She is a darling ! I haven’t met such adorable person in my life. In short, you can stay at Kemi's house only just to meet this 2 persons ! This will be a Lifetime experience. I guarantee.

Location was great, easy walk, bike or grab ride into old town. Staff was a lovely couple. I arrived late and they helped me up 3 flight of stairs with my heavy luggage. And also brought me ginger tea because I was under the weather.
