The price, location, cleanest, our cabin with ensuite, the kitchen and dining area was a nice size, the staff and other guest were friendly, has a pool bbq area , sitting area under shady tree , it is a back packers villiage you get what you pay for , will stay again after a long drive , we are a 55/65 aged couple

    Fabulous YHA. Everything you'd expect. Lovely little cabin with en suite. I'm mid-60s but still love the backpacker vibe. This place is perfect for a budget traveller.

    It was cheap, easy to book through Booking.com, short bus ride to Rockhampton zoo and into town. There was also an adorable puppy! Late check in was easy, key was left in a safe and we were given the code in advance.
