Personally, I would give it a 8/10 for several reasons. First of all the reception team is very welcoming. Even though, that's a hostel, it felt like I was walking into a real hotel which really surprised me. Our room was quite big, with really comfortable beds but the thing that I loved the most was the bathroom; the shower was amazing: quite small but well-projected. Moreover, the intercontinental breakfast was absolutely delicious: a huge variety of food which I enjoyed eating. The last thing that surprised me that most of the hotel dont have, is that before entering the hostel you need to insert your card or ring the bell: this little aspect gave me a sense of total security. All in all, I am beyong satisfied with this facility that I would recommend it to all the people who are planning to spend some time here in Bruxelles.

The staff is really friendly understanding and helpful. He was willing to arrange me another room as I was the only female in the room. The kitchen is lovely with free coffee and there is a small garden. Overall good experience!

How close and conveniently located it was near the train and airport. Nice and clean. It was quiet too, didn’t hear any noise from other rooms. I had some issues with the door unlocking it but that was probably on me.
