The location was ok, 30mins walking to the city centre or 2-3 stops by metro. This is a cool raimbow hostel, it was clean, comfortable. Had private bathroom in the room, that was great. Breakfast was good (bagels, nutella, jam, cheese, coffee, fruit...), big kitchen. Possibility to borrow hairdryer at reception. Also luggage storage and few small co-working spaces available.

No complaints! Nice welcoming vibe. Friendly and helpful front desk. I got a private room and it was clean and comfortable. Chill vibe, tap beer and other drinks in the reception / common area. 5 dollar pints between 6 and 9. Was exactly what was expected, actually the room was slightly more comfortable than I anticipated. There was an accidental double booking with my room. I got a downgrade and a pretty significant discount. And when I got to my "downgraded" room I was happy that it happened because the "downgraded" room was more than I could have ever needed anyway, so, win win for me and the hotel. But the communication was great and the resolution prompt and efficient. Montreal is pretty easy to get around and this location is good.

Looking for a hostel?

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. The facilities were great, there was a cafe on site, bar, & entertainment for all ages. The neighbourhood outside feels unsafe (particularly at night), but we felt very secure in the hostel compound & stepping out at day time. Wonderful value for money!

Great location, clean and safe hostel. I stayed in a dorm and it was comfortable and quiet. Since it is right smack in downtown Montreal, I would recommend it for a stay close to all public transportation. The breakfast was also very good.

The hotel was a great deal for anyone looking to travel on a budget and be close to downtown and the best highlights of Montreal. It was my first time staying in a hostel abroad and it allayed my fears. I stayed in an all-female room of 12 and it was super safe and clean all the time. The jacuzzi on the roof is amazing and the staff were friendly and multi-lingual. I even extended my stay one extra day. I would 100% recommend this place to friends, solo travellers and especially female solo travellers.

I'm from Ukraine and I spent about 2 weeks there. It was the cheapest and best hostel with an amazing breakfast every morning. This place is really nice, clean, and so comfortable. The staff was also very nice and helpful. Thank you to everyone for everything. I liked it so much!!"
