Good location… train station is 10 minutes walking, room was big and comfy, amazing staff and a lot of places to eat, they give you towels and sandals

This was my first accomodation once I arrived to China - hence I had to deal with app-related issues, planning some activities, getting used to the currency. And while the hostel and its location deserve a round 8 (mostly location-wise, a bit far from the core of Chengdu), the helpfulness and extreme kindness of the whole staff - and in particular of Damon, with whom I've been in touch since a week or so before to land - have been priceless and led to a well-deserved 10/10. Thank you guys, you were precious!

Great location, close to the temple and park and Jin Li alley - lovely to be able to walk out on our first day in the city straight into exploring. Bed was comfy and bathroom had a shower with good pressure (not just a wet room). The staff were friendly and helpful. There are lots of things you can book via the hostel - like the Sichuan Opera (which was great fun, and which they helped us book just an hour before it started). There's a lovely Tibetan restaurant just opposite in the same alley (called The Great Elephant Dining Hall I think) and plenty more restaurants and cafes in the area. We didn't try the breakfast.

The location was central. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The reception staff were both kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Chengdu.

Amazing very friendly English speaking stuff! Help and solve any issues in no time! Taxy, activity recommendations, sim card, installing chinese applications, a fee cooking workshop, a warm friendly hug and sweet chitchatting about life - just perfect for a solo traveler like me. Cozy backpackers international vibes with both Chinese and international friendly travelers. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and design of the main space.
