This hotel has it all! Fei and her husband are really nice,friendly and helpfull with everything! We could book transfers and excursions . Laundry service was really cheap. The rooms were Very spacious and really perfectly clean! When we arrived they served us a good wine and a delicious pizza! It was really Nice to feel at home! Thanks!

I had an amazing stay at Guilin Cyan Box Guest Hostel! Joe, Ellen, Bob, and the rest of the staff and volunteers were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond—helping me plan my itinerary, organizing group dinners, and even inviting everyone out to the local bar. The social atmosphere made it super easy to meet other travelers and create genuine connections. Whether you’re traveling solo or with friends, this place feels like home. Without a doubt, one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended!

I can't imagine why Booking.com gave this such a low rating, considering the reviews are nearly all good. And for me it was EXCELLENT 10 out of 10. Very comfortable, soft bed, clean, good price, pleasant staff and great location close to the train station.
