They refill drinking water and clean the room everyday even you are not asking for it. They have self-service laundry, just scan and pay using alipay app and you can use it anytime. The location of the youth hostel is good. 5 minutes walk to the nearest subway station, it's also near to the main attractions in Hangzhou centre.
