I really don't understand the bad reviews. I was warmly welcomed, my room was big, clean and comfortable and the WiFi worked well. Transportation to the airport was fast, free and reliable.

Everything is very clean - beds, rooms, toilets etc. They have hot water. Really good restaurant in the building, serving great food (dish of the day is also very cheap). Great location. Really awesome stay.

This was a truly magical experience. The hut we booked was located on a separate grass field about 5 minutes away from the hotel. This made it a bit isolated in the evening, but if you're fine with staying in the hut all evening, then you're in for a treat. The view over the lake and listening to the animals and mature during the evening was a truly amazing experience. The pool is also really great! Camilo was a great host going out of his way to make sure we were having a good time. Thanks a lot!

We stayed here for 3 nights. Friendly staff, clean room, and a good location. The terrace is a great socializing area, and the neighborhood is quiet with bars and restaurants nearby. They kindly let us leave our luggage in the morning before check-in so we could go out and explore.
