Our stay was amazing. We really liked the hosts Farid and Juli, they have a friendly and welcoming energy. The location is a little bit out of town and really close to the river which is mainly what we wanted. The Hostel has a very nice terrace to play ping pong, do yoga or just enjoy the view. Very clean, comfortable and quiet.

Beautiful property with friendly staff. Great breakfast and kitchen facilities. We knew the property was not in the centre of town, therefore were prepared for the short walk. We arrived late at night during a storm and didn’t have reception near the property so got lost. I recommend arriving during the day or establishing the exact location when you have phone reception prior to arrival. We were only here for 2 nights and it seemed like there were mostly longer-term travellers who mostly speak Spanish.

My room was super clean and the beds are comfortable. They waited for me in the evening. I got 2 towels and free soap. Location is great and I feel safe.

Very nice Hotel in a very quite location. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Everything was clean. Nice pool and overall great view prom the hotel property. Big, clean room with good matress and modern bathroom. Fast Wifi in every area of the hotel. Big and delicious breakfast included! 20 Minutes walk from town. There even are some hiking oppurtunities and a waterfall nearby.

Beautiful bungalow and private, it’s better than the pictures. The way there is a beautiful walk through nature. In eco lodges it is to be expected of insects and they are not harmful; that’s the charm. Bed very comfy, whole guesthouse including in the bungalow is well decorated! The sisters were very kind and helping to make our stay comfortable and letting us spend time in the hammock area since we had a late flight. We had hot shower too.

We had an unforgettable stay at Volare. The hotel is very idyllic in a small bay. The houses/rooms are very modern, comfortably furnished and offer a great view of the well-kept garden, the clean and warm pool and the lake. It is wonderful. Sara and her team gave us a very warm welcome and fulfilled our every wish. Camilo in particular is a great guy who we had a lot of fun with!! He picked us up from the marina and from then on brought us to our destinations safely and quickly by boat at any time. The communication in English went smoothly at all times. We can highly recommend Hotel Volare and would love to come back. Next time we will bring more time to take advantage of the many activities on offer, such as water sports or hiking.
