For the budget you can't go wrong. Central location. Bathroom is shared by two rooms, however the rooms are clean if simple. My first choice for stay in Budejovice.

Very clean, very friendly, well organized.

The host was friendly. There was a simple kitchen that I could make my breakfast. The room was warm.

Central location, close parking after you leave your luggage (for 2 euro per day). Well equipped (shared) kitchen. Clean bathroom. Common room for hanging out. Reception is quick and fluent in English. She also recommended lots of places to visit, shop, and gave us a map of the town. Everything worked great.
