Hostels in Lipno nad Vltavou

On our way back from Vienna to Germany, we randomly picked a location to stop for the night, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. We arrived quite late, well past the check-in time, and were initially worried about whether we'd be able to check in. To our relief, the host waited for us and gave us a warm, welcoming reception. His kindness and hospitality truly exceeded our expectations. As for the location, it left us speechless. The night sky was absolutely stunning, filled with stars, and the entire area was incredibly peaceful. Waking up to the breathtaking sunrise in the morning was an unforgettable experience. The location also offers numerous activities for visitors, including scenic cycling routes. And then there was the lake— it had the feel of a beach getaway. The room we stayed in was spotless, providing a cozy atmosphere for a restful night. Though the bathrooms were shared, they were well-maintained, and hot water was readily available for bathing. Breakfast was available on request, which was a nice touch to start the day. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we couldn't have been more satisfied.

Central location, close parking after you leave your luggage (for 2 euro per day). Well equipped (shared) kitchen. Clean bathroom. Common room for hanging out. Reception is quick and fluent in English. She also recommended lots of places to visit, shop, and gave us a map of the town. Everything worked great.

Super helpful friendly check-in by Alex. Amazing location right beside a great boating rental shop, delicious ice cream shop and late night mini market. Fully equipped hostel with hairdryers in clean shared bathroom and kitchen area with fridge and free coffee tea. Luggage storage option available. Airy bright historical building structure. Absolutely recommended and definitely a welcome back everytime to my future Český Krumlov trip!
