Everything was well kept and it has all the amenities to for a good stay. I stayed there for 30 days and never had an unpleasant situation. Rana, the house owner is very helpful and always available if you need assistance. I would recommend this if you don't mind a simple, yet comfortable place to rest and be able to cook, and have a good place to shower and do laundry. Thank you! It is also on the main roads with quick access to trams.

Cozy room and clean, silent place to stay. I love the window very much. Only stairs, if you have large lugguage, it would be very difficult to carry it up to 2nd or 3rd floor. I didn't meet any staff, but sent me confirmation email one day before check-in, and instructions to collect the key, also the wifi password too

    I was not able to check-in.. it was 10 pm. The owner gave me the code and let me know the proper location. The hostel was in a very isolated place, without lights at night..the main door was always left open and the apartment had an electronic lock (which I was not able to use). So I left and didn't return. I won't be able to sleep in a place like that when the main door was left ajar. The place might but have been bad but I didn't find it safe to be at night.

    Really great hostel, stayed 2 nights on separate bookings because of a late change of plans but Altstadt were able to take me on late notice. In a great location, close to a nice big park, the river and town centre.
