I was a solo traveller and this hostel was an amazing solution for my last 3 days on holiday! All the members of the staff had been very friendly and helpful since before my arrival, answering questions and giving me clear information about the check-in, check-out and everything I needed to know! When I arrived indeed everything was easy and quick! The hostel is also in a great and quiet position: just a 5-minute metro ride from the train station and the centre! The room, the communal well-equipped kitchen, shared toilets and showers were so clean that it didn’t look like being in a hostel! Washing machines and tumble dryers are available as well for a small fee. So, if you need a place to stay when in Hamburg, this hostel is definitely a great solution!

Great location, close to transportation and walking distance from many places. Was also great to have a "suit" with toilet/shower ti be shared only with the room.

First, the location was perfect.. Second, staff was cooperative.. Third, Nice and clean room and bathroom.. Four, Economical.. Fifth, Super breakfast..

Fantastic location to explore the nightlife of Hamburg. The 9 bed room was perfect for what we needed. Bed were comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for me. Rick was even kind enough to give us some complimentary beers.

Very good location! Was here on a Thursday night so it was much more quiet than expected as well. The room is quite nice and the guidance was really good with checking in etc.
