very friendly owner, speaks excellent Russian. women's rooms are just wonderful. it's actually a 2-bed room in a large apartment for the price of a hostel, i was even surprised. good bed, everything is clean, good shower, hot water, quiet in the room, i slept well, which is surprising for noisy Egypt. full kitchen. you can stay for a long time in such conditions.

if you get a slightly upgraded room they’re pretty clean and great value for money. Good for overnight emergency/travel stays when you need to be downtown. staff are friendly. entrance is more scary than the hotel actually is-I only found out about it through a local I met otherwise I would’ve never tried. make sure to go to 7th floor when you reach the building bc that’s not obvious. At the low price don’t expect 4-5 star service…it’s a fresh bed and a toilet and smoker-friendly and not a hostel that you have to share.
