We had a great stay at La Rectoria de Pedra. The location is idyllic and the property is beautiful inside and out. Breakfast was excellent. Although no evening meals were available during our stay, there is at least one outstanding restaurant in the local village just 10 minutes walk away.

It’s a very cozy hostel! Very authentic, clean, with shared spaces where you can use a microwave or a kettle, a fridge. Also they have some board games. The staff was very helpful! One thing is that it’s a bit far from the station and walking by the route through the forest was another hike we didn’t expect :) But we’ll definitely come again!

A truly exceptional stay. Incredible value for money, as the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was nice, and we had a great selection of food for breakfast. We also paid for the dinner and it was amazing value for money too. Cannot complain about a single thing, this is just what we needed!
