The warm welcome on the part of Alfredo, a pilgrim himself. Fascinating Talk about the 88 Temples which has been 'hermanado' with the Camino. Well worth going back to. Alfredo also helps run Albergue Compostela.

The lady (might be the owner) was very helpful when the transporting company didn’t deliver my bag that day. She provided me shampoo, body wash, bed sheet even her own jacket to make sure I kept myself warm. Really appreciated!

My Camino luggage transfer never arrived and the staff went above and beyond to get it sorted. The single room I stayed in had a fan and with the current heat wave, this allowed me to have a very comfortable nights sleep.

The staff is super friendly and helpful and the hostel's a solid hostel. The breakfast might be the best I've had on the camino so far. The beds are standard bunk beds but totally fine.

As a cycle tourer, for me the superb safe secure bike storage, complete with a high pressure (1Euro) 'bike wash' facility, foot pumps with gauges, and sets of tools and stands was an unexpected delight. And the light, modern and clean dormitory and other spaces are a joy.

A big open, airy hostel. Felt very clean and modern, but also was lacking in any character a bit. Rooms are decently sized and bunk beds are spaced out enough to feel less cramped than a lot of places. Very clean and with a good bathroom & lockers to room situation where there's a big sliding door between where everyone is sleeping and the locker for your bag and bathroom so you can get up and get ready (or get ready and go to bed) without disturbing others.
