I liked everything! For starting a very good location, 12 minutes walking from the main train station in Helsinki, close to the main spots, good restaurants, shops, museums and art galleries around, nice vibe in the neighbourhood. The hostel itself is really cozy, very warm in winter, clean room and bathrooms, big, clean and well equipped kitchen. And the staff, they all were very kind and helpful. I definitely will return next time I visit Helsinki.

The crew were very good and nice people I feel like I am at home and they are good people and not racists I wish them happiness from the bottom of my heart. I have been to more than 30 countries and I have never seen in my life this treatment that the crew gave me. They are very kind people. I cannot find the words to express what I feel in my heart. I advise people to go to this hotel because you do not feel like a stranger in this hotel because the reception was beautiful and wonderful and the people were very kind and I greet all the greetings of the people who received me and treated me well and I wish them happiness from the bottom of my heart and I wish them a beautiful life. A very comfortable and a very friendly place. I recommend staying in this hostel if you want to explore Suomenlinna. It is accessible from Helsinki by a ferry which travels 2-3 times an hour and is a part of the city public transport system. There is a shop in close proximity to the hostel which was quite handy, as we visited the island in low season in October when restaurants were already closed. The hostel offers complimentary tea and coffee, there are microwave ovens and fridges at each floor in dining areas. Clean and cosy.
