It's a really great place. Highly recommend! Perfect location (tube, stores, parks, restaurants all around and very close). Very kind and welcoming staff. Tasty meals (both breakfast and dinner). Green and cozy backyard. Warm and well organized room: it had everything we needed. You just should remember, that it's not the 3* or 4*star hotel, originally it is a dormitory for students. And the type of room doesn't refer to standard "hotel expectations". But if you look at the photos and read reviews carefully there will be no surprise.

Excellent place to stay - a homey environment making it a great base to relax. The kitchen had everything (including plenty of space) to cook up decent meals , and the dorm had a modern bathroom with a strong shower. They have an outdoor deck/garden and really decent washing machines / dryer (total £7). Would definitely return.

Very good stay in the establishment. Directions and access information are precise. Wifi very good. Everything you need is available. Large towels and slippers, small bottles of shampoo and shower gel. The heating works very well and so does the hot water. The kitchen is functional, with crockery and cooking utensils. The location is really great, close to the Swiss Cottage subway station, on the Jubilee line which serves all the main points in London. There's also a bus stop nearby. A Tesco supermarket and grocery stores and cafés next door. Very quiet residential area We enjoyed the quiet, slept well, sometimes we had the apartment to ourselves as there were no other occupants so it was nice. The cleaning lady comes every day to clean the apartment and the shared rooms only. The host is friendly and can be contacted by message. The truth to be honest it's very good value for money in london!!!

Amazing location, so close to the famous landmarks , and very good staff, everybody was so kind and tried to help, for example I was lent an UK adapter at 12 at night which I was incredibly surprised. In the morning you can buy yourself coffee and breakfast if you wish. For the price this is the perfect place and the staff is better than other expensive hotels. And separately I want to say thank you to Drea , she is very smiling and hospitable, I am delighted!
