Czech RepublicOur room for 4 was in wee garden housle with two bunk beds on each side with a space to walk in the middle. It was indeed very small, but what we liked about it was a garden table and chair in front of each garden house where we had our breakfasts and dinners. We were lucky with weather so it was lovely to dine outside.

Great location - just a short walk into the centre of Fort Augustus - with plenty of free parking. Good facilities with meals/ breakfast available and a bar in the property which gave a good opportunity to meet fellow travellers. I stayed in a four bed dormitory which had its own bathroom/ shower - would have been ideal if travelling in a small group. Great value for money and everything was spotlessly clean! All worked, there was somewhere for my bike, breakfast was more than sufficient, and individual electrical sockets for every bed were useful in these charger-dependent days. There is a bar. I travelled with my bike which can be locked up in a shed, although the reception is not open 24 hours so getting your bike out is dependent on staff hours. We had a good, cheap and hot dinner - my veggie haggis was great - and breakfast set us up for the day. Great location close to Fort Augustus - perfect for seeing Loch Lomond and as a stopover on the way from Skye to Loch Lomond.
