The Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming . The accommodation was very secure . I had to get past security at the door of the bar before checking in and collecting a key in order to gain access to locked accommodation wing next door. I arrived before check in time and the staff kindly looked after my luggage , even taking into the back of the bar when I left the building. Great experience all round .. Comfortable beds and quiet room with excellent shower facilities. The bar was ideal , serving beer and liquor off all varieties . The Guinness was smooth and well poured . I liked that I could watch 2 different football matches simultaneously on big screens while also being able to key an eye on Ronnie O Sullivan on the telly in my big comfortable booth.

The dinner that was included was excellent, good options and plenty of food, overall the breakfast and supper were better than our expectations. The garden was green and quiet, perfect to relax in and the ,livingroom offered many board games and space. The location was excellent, very near the subway and bus station. A very nice neighbour hood. Can warmly recommend this hostel.

It’s clean, comfortable, welcoming and good price for value. They organise free diners and activities which makes the place very lively. The location is great and safe, close to hide park, nothing hill and walkable distance from touristic areas. I highly recommend it, especially as a solo female traveler :)

Excellent place to stay - a homey environment making it a great base to relax. The kitchen had everything (including plenty of space) to cook up decent meals , and the dorm had a modern bathroom with a strong shower. They have an outdoor deck/garden and really decent washing machines / dryer (total £7). Would definitely return.

This hostel exceeded my expectations. I was very well received by Nelly, who speaks Spanish and a well of Portuguese. was a lovely person, helped me in everything! the staff always available to help, smiling, everything clean, and for me especially the bathroom. was always clean. what delighted me was the security of the rooms too.
