Stayed in the dorm which has a large locker beneath the capsule (bring your own padlock), inside is light, power outlet and a fan, comfortable madress. There are plenty of showers and bathrooms and overall very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Large kitchen to cook your own food, also here the breakfast is served each morning between 8 and 9 AM. The location is good with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby.

The Hostel was amazing. So beautifully designed. The bed was comfy and everything was very clean. It's near the airport and they offer shuttles.

Excellent customer service skills and abilities by the receptionist Denis who has the ability just 1 person to attend to a great number of guests at this hostel, and deliver a good job and focus on each and every single customer that I find incredible! The hostel is located in the safest area in Guatemala city that is clean, close to amenities, shops, and restaurants and most importantly at a very short distance from the international airport which make it ideal if you want to catch a flight, as in my case. The hostel is very clean, beds are extremely comfortable and quiet hours are kept in this hostel which make it very easy to rest and have a good night's sleep. Hostel has a lounge and kitchen which is the cleanest I have seen in a hostel up to now. The breakfast that had been served included pancakes with syrup that have been absolutely delicious! The hostel overexceeded my expectations and will definitely be booking this again in the future. If you are looking for a comfortable , safe stay with great customer service and close to the international airport then, this hostel is highly recommended by me.

Everything was great. Stayed here two times, because I really loved the beds here. Staff was very friendly and the place was just overall lovely. Would definitely come back to stay here if I am in Antigua once more. The rooftop area was also very pleasant.
