The staff was so welcoming they taught us everything about their culture and even took us to one of their celebrations. They seemed to be there always for us. The place is amazing, for me the best hostel so far in Bali.

The atmosphere with the family being around is so nice. Everything is soo clean and the towels and bed sheets smell freshly washed. It is super close to the beach and it is very quiet in the area. You have to walk over a field to get to the hostel - so there are no traffic noises. So I loved it staying at their home.

I booked Zigis Hostel for 3 nights and extended my stay for 3 more nights! As I already read in the reviews, Anik is the best Host you can imagine! She did everything to make me feel comfortable in Lovina, for example invited me to the Zigis Bar and took me to a waterfall! Would love to come back anytime!

I stayed here with two friends and we absolutely loved our time at Apollo Hostel. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations — especially for the price, which is honestly unbeatable in Lovina. The vibe is amazing: super relaxed, welcoming, and friendly. The staff made us feel at home from day one and were always happy to help with anything we needed. The dorms were clean and comfy, with good A/C, and the common areas were perfect for meeting other travellers or just chilling after a long day. The location is great too — just a short walk to the beach, dolphin tours, and local warungs. We also appreciated the little details like the free tea and coffee, the clean bathrooms, and the cozy atmosphere. If you’re travelling on a budget but still want to feel comfortable and connected, this place is a gem. We only stayed a couple of nights but honestly, we could have stayed way longer. Highly recommend!

Recommend 100% beautiful place , very quiet and peaceful, beautiful views from the balcony that definitely match the pictures. Breakfast was very nice prepared every morning. Location is absolutely perfect if with moped. We rented a moped on the premises which was quick and easy with very helpful personnel. Thank you , we had a lovely time .

Everything. First of all the owner and the staff are the most lovely people. They really took care of me and pampered me. You can book an amazing breakfast additionally, just ask! The beds are made from some high quality wood and very comfortable. At night it is very quiet as there is not a lot of traffic in the village. There are also spaces to relax and sit together outside and you can ask for water refills. This is a small village, so there are not a lot of people (especially no tourists) however, this is the perfect stress-free nature retreat. You are very close to nature, you can easily reach several waterfalls, rice fields and more. The owner Dedi is an experienced tour guide and can give you a great tour with amazing insights into the Balinese Lifestyle, culture and especially the nature! There are some great Warungs just a short ride away (ask for any recommendations!) :)
