Great hostel with a great host. I had a very pleasant stay and went on a short trip to Meghalaya with some guests and the host. Dipankar is very knowledgeable about the histories and cultures in the North East India, who is ready to share it all with you. On top of that he is an attentive host and a great chef. If you are looking for a laidback mature hostel to meet like minded travelers and locals this is your best bet.

Karim was an excellent host and very helpful. He helped us order food, organise our travel and suggest places to visit. We even had the opportunity to attend a Bihu Concert thanks to him. He really went out of his way to accommodate us. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean.

A very comfortable, clean room and a fabulous hot water shower! The beds are huge and there are drawers, dressing table and wardrobe. Towels and complementary water bottles provided. Very helpful staff who could advise on safaris, orchid farm/cultural show and help with onward travel. The hotel has their own jeep so organising a safari last minute was no problem. Great location only a short walk from where the bus from Guwahati drops you and therefore very close to main safari gates.

This hostel has different vibe,The environment and it's very clean and very fresh, it's my third time in Guwahati and now I can say guwahati got it's best hostel it's very easy to come from the airport you can book cab or take local bus and it will drop you directly khanapara and from there you can use rapido or local rickshaw. Best part you can easily avoid guwahati traffic. Thank you mezenga for hosting me

From the moment I first entered the hostel until the moment I left, they were understanding and helpful in every need I had. Both the dormitory and the common area are very clean and spacious. There is sufficient ventilation. The internet connection is good and fast. The staff is very nice. There are places to eat and shop outside. The location is good. Transportation is easy.
