Everything was great, staffs were super quick to help. Wi-Fi is super fast which is also a plus and has no password. There were daily activities which made the staying experience elevated, we watched the comedy night and game quiz which was super fun. Place was also near station and hip restaurants. Breakfast menu was great, we had pancake and avocado toast. There was also board games available at the lobby.

I loved everything about it. The breakfast was well worth it. The room itself was very spacious and very comfortable. Shared facilities such as the kitchen, laundry room, lounge area, the courtyard, theyre always very lively and are all comfortable spaces.

I lost my lugagge on the Flixbus going to Milan , where I stayed in Madama Hostel. I was experiencing a total meltdown upon arriving to the hostel. The support I recieved from everyone working there was absolutely heartwarming and was the reason why I was able to pass through the shock and continue enjoying me holiday. Antonella , was the first one I was in contact with and as soon as she heared about my traumatic experience , she went over and beyond ! She called all Flixbus contact numbers . She filled up the lost and found form for me where she also added her email and the address of the hostel incase of shipment . She hugged me and It really felt like I was in the safest place I could ever be. They even gave me free drinks extra to the free drinks I'm given. The food was amazing ! The karoke parties were outstanding ! Service is something that you'll see once you land on your foot on the hostel , everyone is always present and ready to help. Rooms were pretty clean and spacious , with everything that you could ever need. Made friends at that hostel . Pretty good place if you're seeking to socialize .

The receptionist Sharon was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable and warm. Would recommend anyone wanting to be close the center of Milan.
