The Hotel is really nice and the room was clean and comfortable. The AC works perfectly. Near the hotel there is a tramway station which goes directly to the Santa Maria Novella train station (and the city center is close to the station). The staff is friendly and very helpful. I’d definitely book a room there again.

Youthful and modern hostel! An amazing place to stay for a couple of nights and meet new people. Everything was really good (especially bed, super comfortable), the working staff was friendly and nice! Definitely can recommend this place!

It was a great experience. From the moment you walk in, you can feel welcomed. From the security staff to the receptionists they were all very friendly. The facilities are in good condition and always clean. The buffet service is very delicious and only costs 10€. Thanks to the person who helped me when the vending machine didn't give me the bottle of water. The location is central and close to the train station.

Ramires anitta and luiza are great workers. as well as all the staff at reception, the cleaners go out of there way to make sure you have everything and always with smile every day, id highly recommend this stay and look forward to goin back.

Helpful and kind staff, got a hanger for clothes and advice on where to travel next. Good common area both inside and outside. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, good shower and toilet, got a towel, contacts near the beds and a lamp.
