The staff were amazing people, very nice and polite. They made a dinner for the guest for Easter, and were always courteous. The hostel it's very well located, and the rooms were very comfortable.

Review Excellent staff of the hostel! I got a lot of help during my stay! They were very kind to assist me in my goals, shared with me a lot information! That is amazing human-oriented attitude to guests :) If I was need help, the staff is nearby and ready to answer any queries! I’m very happy to meet so many great peole there! I had a great time in La Spezia! That is a winderful place! The rooms were very clean! The cleaning does every day! I got a service to keep my suitcase after doing check-out. The hostel has a kitchen that I utilized for every day cooking. Fridge, microwave, kitchenware are included. The building has an elevator. Usually, there is a hostel party in the evening. The bed was comfortable to sleep. There are small park, supermarkets, amazing yacht port around the hostel. I’m full of joy to have a chance to stay there! Thank you Malen and Giulia! You are amazing!

the view is amazing!!! nice rooms, wonderful place, friendly people… great experience! there is a bus that takes you up the hill, that you should check out if you come by train and don’t want to walk the way up. Marina and Piergiorgio are wonderful persons who were very helpful and patient! they respond directly to messages! they waited hours for us (we were stuck in the train traffic because of an earth quake at Genova)! we felt very welcome! thank you so much🙏
