The staffs are super friendly! He offered to take my luggage and a welcome drink upon my arrival. The hostel is also very easy to find. The location is quite nice, just around 9 minutes walk to the la spezia station. The bed is super comfy and there is a curtain for each bed so you don't have to worry about the privacy problem. The common area is big, with a nice city view from the terrace. Everything is here in the kitchen. Simple breakfast like cereal and milk are provided too. If you want to go to cinque terre and try to find a hostel in la spezia to stay at. This hostel is your choice!

Staying in this hostel has been an absolute delight. I met such wonderful and lovely people and was surrounded by such a beautiful area. The view from the common room is absolutely stunning and cinque terre and Porto Venere are very easy to reach from here. Gloria, lady at the tobacco shop near by is so sweet and helpful, make sure to ask her for any help. I would definitely come back!

A truly well-thought-out place with everything one might need during a stay. Common kitchens, a lot of bathrooms, a living room, and a drying room — everything comes with a nice view! The historic old town is so charming, and the hostel is just a short walk away from the castle. Massa is a great base for mountain trips and beach days. You can easily visit Pisa, Cinque Terre, Florence and much more by train.
