Incredibly friendly staff. Nice and quiet location. Close to the beach. We loved sleeping in this traditional Japanese way. Would recommend and would go again!

I didn't like the bed - my husband thought it was fantastic. The staff was excellent and upgraded us to an apartment when our room would not be quiet.

I loved the location in Chinatown. The spa is very nice as well. I stayed in the ladies area and it was perfect. The staff are really friendly. As mentioned in previous reviews, I don’t think I’d like staying in the mixed dorm area as it opens up to the common area or the door to the ladies shower and toilet area.
