Previously I stayed in a superior capsule and I was surprised at how much space you have. This time I stayed in a standard capsule in the female dormitory and the bed area is quite spacious. The receptionist was willing to go the extra mile, he even shared his dinner with us. Beds were clean and comfortable had a good sleep, dorm was quiet at night, good AC. Futons are surprisingly comfortable. Common room seemed to be quite busy most nights if you are the social type. Pretty good location, 15 minutes or so from Namba Station. Easy enough location to get around. "Poorer" area so provides an interesting and different look into Japanese life, always felt safe though.
