Very special place with a very nice atmosphere. Lovely decoration, comfortable rooms and beds. Good place to rest and meet other travellers. Air-conditioning, clean bathroom and nice garden.

Everything! Very clean, very nice and helpful staff even not familiar with English, but we can communicate by google translate. I finally extended my staying and really didn't want to leave. Basic need such as restaurants, fast food shops and supermarket within 10mins walk. Highly recommend!

It is such a nice hostel in Shymkent. The owner is so nice and polite. We had long and interesting conversations and they are always ready to help you. The wifi was good too!

1. This hostel is managed by 3 lovely ladies that do a 24hour shift in a circular base (and also do the cleaning during their shift). They keep the place EXCEPTIONALLY clean+tidy. 2 Besides the language barrier of a non-Russian speaking visitor, I manage to get from the ladies all the info I needed (thanks to their good will and GoogleTranslation). 3. They allow me (with no extra charge) to left my big luggage there in order to travel lighter (going to Tongeris village in the south) for 5 nights. 4. Big and equipped kitchen for self-cooking with 2 refrigerators for the guests. 5. Big dorm with a lot of air and light. Curtains for light-blocking and privacy. Probably one of the best mattresses I have ever sleep on in my whole life. 6. Big enough locker for your valuables.

The staff is friendly, she helped me to change the day of reservation from 24.9 to 18.9 that I was booked in booking.com and taxi to airport by yandex.go in the morning early. I am writing this comment for the day I was stayed in 18.9 Tea room was good Hostel in the main road, easy getting to center by public bus.
