One of my favourite stays in Sri Lanka! It’s sooooooo cute here. It’s simple but totally encapsulates the beauty of this area. You are 2 min walk from a small rocky beach and only 10 minute walk from Hiriketiya! Felt super safe here and a solo female traveller and met lots of lovely people - I am already dreaming of coming back!! Waking up to that view everyday is the dream

Malinda is a beautiful host and took us to a lovely point to see the sunset. The hostel is 5 mins walk from dikwella and 5 mins walk from hiriketiya beach, but still nice and peaceful. The beds were comfy and everyone had a fan which was lovely. They have a washing machine you can use for 500rupee and a kitchen if you’d like to prepare your own food. We loved this hostel!

We had an incredible stay at Kottamba Villa in Tangalle! From start to finish, our host Lushan went above and beyond to make our visit perfect. He cooked us delicious breakfasts and even prepared an amazing dinner that was ace!. The villa itself is spotless, with so much space to relax and unwind. If you’re off to Tangalle stay here
