Very nice hostel, full of art. Although located in the bustling Medina, it is very quiet and peaceful. There are lockers in the dormitories (but you need to have a lock or rent one from the reception). Dormitory beds are equipped with a privacy curtain and a reading lamp. Breakfast is excellent. There is a nice terrace on the roof where you can enjoy the sun or the stars and listen to the ocean :) The first time you find this hostel is not very easy (follow the directions on Medina street) but after that it is very easy.

Hostel riad maqam is ideally situated in Essaouira, and has a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace.

I stayed at this beautifully decorated traditional Riad and was thoroughly impressed. It offers both double rooms and dormitories, all immaculately clean and well maintained, with comfortable bedding and en-suite bathroom and shower. The Riad is perfectly located in the medina, close to everything you might need, and is easily accessible from both Bab Doukala and Bab Marrakech. There are lovely shared spaces on the ground floor and the rooftop, for relaxing or socializing. Although I only stayed for one night, I will definitely come back. Thank you Marouane for everything!

LaSmala quickly became my favorite place of all time. victor, mehdi, fatema zahra, rajae, all of them are truly amazing and special people. You’ve made my trip 10 times better. The rooftop view is really out of this world!! I recommend 100% the bed was comfortable, everything was clean and literally everything is close to you, if you think of staying at LaSmala DO IT NOW !! You won’t regret it 🫶🏻
