The rooms felt premium and were very clean, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The shared bathroom and pantry were well-maintained and they even provide unlimited drinking water via a water filter, which is a great touch. Additional facilities like a fridge, microwave, washing machine and WiFi made the stay even more convenient. The staff were warm, friendly and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly enhanced the experience. Definitely a 5-star stay.

Hi! As soon as I arrived at the Bed Bukit Capsule Hotel, I would already want to give a review. You know what, I am giving 10/10 mainly because of the ACCOMMODATING, HELPFUL, and FRIENDLY staff, especially the ones at the reception. Sadly, I forgot to get their names, but I hope that ALL HOTELS invest more on customer service, like hiring a personnel with a VERY GOOD/PLEASING personality, just like what this hotel has. They are really the reason why I gave a perfect ten. 🫶🏼 If ever I come back to Malaysia, I won’t doubt going back here. To describe them, the lady with a ponytail, the guy with glasses, and lastly, the hijabi. I had fun coordinating with them during my stay. Terima Kasih! ❤️

A cozy hostel, that's actually an apartment. So you feel like at home. There's a living room, kitchen, it's never busy and I liked that. Female dorm has not 4 but 6 beds, but they're not fully occupied. The bathroom is clean and large enough. The beds were comfy, have curtains, lamp and a plug. I saw a hairdryer and an iron. Also free drinking water in the kitchen. For smokers there's a balcony. The infinity pool is stunning. If you have never seen something like this before, definitely go, it's worth those 10e/bed! Downstairs is a supermarket with a nice coffee and grab/bolt pickup point. The train station is 5 min walk. How to find the accommodation : Walk with Google maps towards the residence from the train station. You'll find yourself at the back part of the residence. Walk a bit, pass by the garage door and walk up to the left through a narrow arrival ramp, it's a road for pick up cars. It's the easy way to reach the lobby, where the host finds you. The communication witg the gist is through WhatsApp. Deposit for key is 50.
